PRESIDENT BENIGNO S. AQUINO III’s SPEECH DURING AN INSPECTION VISIT OF THE LINK SY I.T. PARK

This Link Sy I.T. Park is an embodiment of that dream. This is not the first I.T. facility I have visited in my term. But each time I am given the opportunity to witness a project like this being undertaken, I become even more optimistic that we can reach our goal sooner rather than later.
