Pacquiao in Dumaguete City

Sarangani Congressman Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao has arrived in Silliman University, in Dumaguete City , Negros Oriental, Philippines.
He’s the special guest of Silliman University’s College of Law during the founding anniversary. Jing Gacal, private lawyer and adviser of Pacquiao, was reportedly seen as well along with Pacquiao’s security personnel.

Greeted by Attorney Nicholas Bejar, Dean of the College of Law of the said American international university, Lester Nuique, president of the Silliman University College of Law Alumni and by some dignitaries and fans, Pacquiao seemed to be enjoying the welcoming spirit of the Sillimanians bolstering the city of gentle people, according to report.
Report has it Pacquiao delivered his speech, “Lessons from the Eagle”, and thrilled the alumni, dignitaries, faculty members, students and visitors at about 10 a.m. during the University convocation of its 109th Founders’ Aniversary at the Luce Auditorium.
In the afternoon, Pacquiao was an inspirational speaker during the Silliman law alumni fellowship at 4:00 p.m. at the Villareal Hall.
